Charlyn Martin is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment and community progress. Serving as Council President of Penns Grove from 2021 to 2023, she has a proven track record of leadership and commitment to public service. As one of the founders and the Vice-President of Sisters Conglomerate, Charlyn plays a crucial role in advancing initiatives that support female entrepreneurs and promote diversity. Currently running for Salem County Clerk, she is passionate about making a positive impact in her community and ensuring that women's voices are heard and represented.

Anjanette Scott is the Council President of Penns Grove, NJ, currently serving her first term and working closely with the Mayor to drive positive change in the community. With over 30 years of experience as a community leader, Anjanette has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and fostering collaborative solutions. As one of the founders and the Chief Program Director of Sisters Conglomerate, she plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing programs that support female entrepreneurs and promote inclusivity. Her passion for community engagement and advocacy continues to inspire those around her.
